Our company offers you the possibility to cancel an order that has already been registered. This can be done in the following ways:

An order can be canceled within 24 hours. After the above time point, no cancellation will be accepted.
Exchange – return of products.
Our company does everything it can to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction with his purchase.
In case the customer wishes to change-return the product he has received, he must within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the purchase:
• To send the change request by email to info@invite-me with the subject “Request to change the order” filling in its number.
• Call 2410 253638.
Changes-returns of products beyond these days will only be accepted after consultation with our company.
Change-return conditions
Our company pays attention to the quality of the products it sends and is not responsible for any defects in the products it makes available to its customers.
The customer has the right to return or exchange the product in the event that:
• It’s defective
• The wrong product from the one ordered has been sent.
In all the above cases, the customer can change or return the product following the procedure mentioned in the paragraph “Change or return products” and with the necessary condition:
• The product packaging must not be damaged
• The product must not have been removed from its original packaging, including accessories, labels, etc
• Be in exactly the same condition as when purchased. That is, new, unworn, unwashed, unused
• It should not be a “special order” product, i.e. it should not be a product manufactured by our company or one of our partners, exclusively for the specific customer.
Such products are considered favors, anything that includes a perishable product (edible), invitations and any product that contains printing, reordering, etc., as well as products that have undergone any variation from their original form at the customer’s request.
Exchange products are dispatched only after the returned products have been received and subjected to quality control. Refunds are made within 3 business days.
Shipping method and delivery costs in case of product change – return.
• In case of incorrect product shipment, the shipping costs are borne by our company.
• In the case of product exchange-return, the customer bears the shipping costs.
• In the event that the product for exchange or return does not meet the above-mentioned conditions of the “Exchange-return of products” paragraph, the parcel will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
• The delivery costs of products that are returned entirely without change are borne by the customer. For this reason we advise you:
• Use a recognized postal service to return or exchange your purchase.
• Pack the product in a larger box carefully to protect it during shipping.
• In no case is our company responsible for the loss, delay, theft or mishandling of the parcel sent by the customer for a product exchange-return.
• Under no circumstances is the receipt of a return or exchange of a product accepted by cash on delivery to our company.
• All products must be sent to our company headquarters.
