ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract, regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.

You can place a valid order through the e-shop if you are legally competent according to the Greek Civil Code. The company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons.

PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AN ORDER VIA E-SHOP:
Completing a special form with the necessary information to conclude the sales contract.
Unreserved acceptance of the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use, with the electronic option “ACCEPT” given to the interested party by the website. ACCEPTANCE means carefully reading the terms of use and unconditionally accepting them.

For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our online store, www.invite-me.gr offers you the following payment methods:

-Payment in store . If you have chosen to pick up your order from our store, you can pay either in cash or by debiting your credit card.
-By charging your credit card. Your credit card is charged on the day the products are shipped. The transaction is made through Piraeus Bank, which takes all the necessary measures for the security of your transactions through your credit card and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks. Piraeus Bank only accepts VISA, MasterCard and Maestro cards which allow electronic (e-commerce) transactions.It is mandatory to provide a contact phone number and a valid e-mail address.

-Cash on delivery (only for Greece) when you receive the products. In this case, the customer will be charged a fee of 3.0 euros (24% VAT included) plus shipping costs.

-You can pay by deposit to one of the following bank accounts. In any case, when filing, please state your full name in the justification/remarks. According to the store’s policy, your order is sent after receiving a copy of the payment order, which you can send by e-mail to info@invite-me.gr
